Who do I call for maintenance issues?

Spring Hill Realty, Inc. requires all tenants to contact the main office regarding all maintenance issues by calling 215-513-RENT. We do allow E-Mail Maintenance however, this is not to be used for Emergency Maintenance. If you sent an e-mail maintenance request, check for a confirmation from our office via e-mail with a work order # on it. If you don’t receive a confirmation within two business days, please call our office.

What is E-Mail Maintenance Request?

Spring Hill offers E-Mail Maintenance for those busy and on the go tenants. We realize that not everyone has access to a phone to make personal calls during working hours, or maybe you just keep forgetting to call in that maintenance request. So now we offer e-mail maintenance, in adding another convenience for our tenants.

Are pets allowed?

A cat is permitted only with a signed pet agreement. An additional fee will apply. You must notify the office. We will be happy to assist you with the paperwork. Dogs are permitted only in certain buildings and in special instances. Please call our office to discuss this and any pet related questions.

When is my rent due?

All residential rental payments are due by the 1st of the month. You are given a 5 day grace period for mail delays. This means it must be received in our office by the first, no later then the 5th. We do not go by the postal date, except for unusual circumstances. By mailing it on the fifth, it will be late. If in doubt if your check will get here on time, why not stop by and hand deliver your rent? We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m.
